Ntulwa Masanjika is a digital finance professional and entrepreneur, With over a decade of experience in financial services and digital transformation, she is passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to advance financial inclusion, improve customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.

Alongside her career in digital finance, Ntulwa is the founder of CG Eatery, a hospitality business that grew from a home-based venture into a thriving restaurant brand. Her entrepreneurial journey has given her firsthand insight into the realities of building and scaling a business, strengthening her commitment to supporting fellow women entrepreneurs as they navigate their own paths to growth.

An AWEC Cohort 5 alumna, Ntulwa is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP) whose professional development also includes leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and financial inclusion programs. She is particularly passionate about helping entrepreneurs build resilient businesses, embrace innovation, and create meaningful impact within their communities.

Ntulwa draws on her combined experience in digital finance and entrepreneurship to support women entrepreneurs across Africa with practical guidance, encouragement and a strong belief in the power of women-led businesses to transform economies and lives.
